  1. 一、个人简况
        张立武 ,博士,教授,博士生导师。现为福建农林大学麻类研究室主任,担任《作物学报》编委、《Frontier in Genetics》专题编委和麻类专业委员会副会长。
    2000年于湖北农学院农学专业获学士学位,2010年于华中农业大学作物遗传育种专业获博士学位,2012年华中农业大学生物学博士后出站任职于福建农林大学农学院。2013年入选为福建农林大学金山学者青年拔尖人才。2014-2015年,美国伊利诺伊大学香槟校区(UIUC)访问学者。
    主要承担《作物育种学》、《遗传学》等课程教学任务。省级一流本科课程中国大学慕课《作物育种学》(双语)课程负责人。依托教改项目,持续开展教学研究;落实立德树人,教学质量评价均为优秀。

    三、研究方向
        主要从事麻类基因组学及其遗传改良研究,重点解析为麻类作物纤维和重要经济性状的形成与调控机制,并采用遗传学、生物技术和分子手段进行种质创新和遗传改良,立志强农兴农,为麻类产业发展提供品种与技术支撑。
        近5年来完成了黄红麻染色体精确测序及基因结构分析,建立了基于全基因组测序分析的黄麻红麻复杂性状全基因组关联分析,突破了基因沉默技术瓶颈,解析了叶形、韧皮部纤维、光周期调控开花等重要农艺性状的关键调控基因,为黄红麻的功能基因验证和设计育种提供手段。主要研究成果发表在PBJ、作物学报等一流学术期刊上。获得省科技进步奖2项。主持或参与多项国家自然科学基金及国家现代农业产业技术体系建设专项等项目。推动黄红麻等麻类作物基因组学研究并受邀在重要会议上作报告多次,组织学术期刊专题多次。
